Cherry Tomato and basil bruschetta

INGREDIENTS

200g (8 cups) spinach leaves, washed
100g (4 cups) rocket, washed
2 large avocados, halved, pitted,
peeled, and sliced
4 tbsp flaxseeds
2 large handfuls watercress
2 handfuls alfalfa sprouts

METHOD

Step 1.
Divide all the ingredients between
serving bowls.
Step 2.
Serve straightaway for best results.
